By registering as a teacher on ZedLearn, you agree to the following terms:

You will receive 40% commission on net subscription payments after statutory deductions (ZRA Turnover Tax of 4% and EFT charges of 0.5%).
You acknowledge that all subscription fees are collected by the platform and commissions will be paid according to your selected payout frequency (weekly or monthly).
You confirm that the mobile money numbers provided are accurate and belong to you.
You agree to the 60-day renewal policy: after a subscription expires, learners have 60 days to renew; after 60 days, the subscription will be permanently deleted.
You understand that payouts are processed only when the accumulated commission reaches at least K100.
You agree to provide accurate information and will be solely responsible for the content you upload.
